What We Collect
When you contact us through this website, by phone or by email, we collect the details you choose to give us. Typically that is your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the details of the work you are enquiring about. We do not ask for financial information through this website.
How We Handle Enquiry Data
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is used only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a survey and provide a quotation.
- Lawful basis. We process your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to it, and of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
- Who processes it. Your enquiry is handled by us and, on our behalf, by Digital Five, who host this website and deliver and archive form submissions using the email provider Postmark. A copy of each enquiry is held in a Digital Five archive so that no enquiry is lost in transit.
- How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which they are deleted.
