What we do
Block Paving in Hertfordshire
Block paving is popular for good reason: it comes in more shapes, sizes, textures and colours than any other driveway surface, so no two drives need look the same. It is strong enough to carry the weight of vehicles, which is why the same blocks are used on docks and airport aprons, and when it is laid on a proper base by an experienced team it stays flat and keeps its looks for years.
Upkeep is straightforward, a wash with soapy water or a jet wash brings it back, and because individual blocks lift out, a section can be repaired or an oil stain replaced without redoing the whole drive. Block paving is versatile too, so we use it for paths, steps and edging to pull a frontage together.
